Katie's Story
This is my story...
I had severe eczema for most of my life. My skin was always inflamed and itchy. The steroid creams my doctors prescribed never worked, and most lotions burned when I put them on. For years I avoided showing areas of my skin, hiding behind baggy clothes and wishing there was a solution.
After being told there wasn't much else doctors could do, I purchased every over the counter product I could find. Still found no relief. Still had itchy skin. Still suffered with my patchy, dry skin. So when my skin got worse during pregnancy, I was tired of not having a solution, so I started making my own products. Since 2013, I made more than a hundred different formulations in my kitchen. Some worked. Most didn't. But eventually I figured out what my skin actually needed, what natural ingredients and oils worked and finally my eczema cleared. The bonus was so did the cystic acne I'd dealt with for years.
I wasn't trying to start a brand. I was trying to feel like myself again.
Then one day I invited my sister-in-law Kristina over to make products with me, and that's where everything changed.

This is my story...
For most of my career, I studied how the body fights disease on its own. I spent a decade in cancer research, convinced that the answer was clearing the inflammation and oxidative stress blocking the immune system's own defenses.
I thought I found it. A molecule with extraordinary antioxidant and anti-inflammatory power, over a hundred times more potent than anything I'd tested.
I was certain it would stop cancer. It didn't.
Years later I was at Katie's kitchen counter, helping her mix oils, and I started looking up the ingredients she'd chosen by instinct.
Every single one had antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. That's when I remembered the molecule.
I'd spent a decade trying to find a use for it. Turns out I just hadn't found the right problem yet.
We called it BioVer-X™. The molecule had been waiting in my notebook for ten years. It just needed the right conditions to do what it already knew how to do.
