We want you to love how your skin feels. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@kkskinproducts.com with your order number and a quick note about what did not work for you. Your feedback helps us make better products.

You do not need to send the product back. Opened and used products are covered.

When you will get your refund

Once your request is approved, we refund your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at info@kkskinproducts.com within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Subscriptions

The guarantee covers your first subscription order. You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription any time from your account.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable.
